We prepare high-quality smoked salmon from the Salar species of salmon, which is considered the best in terms of quality.

The salmon comes from the best fish farms in Norway, which has the ideal habitat for Salar salmon thanks to its cold seas. It is chosen by our expert staff who visit the farms in order to determine which farms can guarantee the highest quality for each season of the year.

The salmon is sent whole to Copesco‐Sefrisa´s facilities in Barcelona each week, and then eviscerated to avoid any possible contamination when being handled. At this stage we also check the quality and freshness of the salmon to ensure that it is of a sufficiently high standard to be used for preparing the whole salmon product range.
