For customers who do not have a lot of time, we prepare a range of frozen cod products which are frozen “with salt to taste”. This is ready-to-eat quality cod which only needs to be thawed out.
The codfish which are used to make this product range are also caught with a fishhook and salted in situ. Salt to taste is added before being frozen. Next the fillets are deep-frozen using liquid nitrogen, protected with 10% glazing and packaged so that they will be perfect for consumption.
